Larger or more complex properties (above roughly 300 sqm, double-storey, dual-living or with outbuildings) carry a one-off $79 and $5 every 4 weeks Extended Property addition. Rodent control includes two lockable, pet-aware bait stations per service; extra stations are $30 each, quoted and agreed before they go in. The 12-month Termite Certificate is a written annual inspection report to AS 3660.2:2017; it is not a pre-purchase timber pest inspection (AS 4349.3), a termite barrier or treatment, and it is not transferable on sale.
